Laughter Yoga: Laughter Clubs
Ottawa's first regular Laughter Club now meets regularly at the Citizen Building, 1101 Baxter Road, usually the first Saturday of the month at 4:00 pm. and lasts about one hour. Membership is free. Please phone Jean-Louis Dubé at 613-724-6021 to confirm dates. No need to pre-register.
Therapeutic Laughter is still happening at Centrepointe House. Imagine ending the weekend by a mini-vacation exploring and experiencing the mind-body-spirit benefits of laughter, play, and fun. The next session will run Sundays February 3rd and 10th, 2008. 7 - 9 pm. Gatineau Laughter Club with Linda Leclerc: Tuesdays 7:15- 8:15 pm, 16 rue Beriault, Gatineau, Quebec. 819-210-5057. 30-minute laughter yoga session
customized formats for special populations (e.g. cognitive or mobility impaired)
series of 5-minute laugh-ins during conferences after coffee and lunch breaks one hour presentation on the use of laughter and humour in boosting a sense of well-being, managing stress, reducing anxiety
home party participatory entertainment (minimum 15 people)
7-30 minute Eye-Opening Practice before business meetings, conferences, etc.
