Energy Patterning

Everything is energy; energy is the fundamental essence of the universe. If we want more of something, we are wanting the energy of that thing. If we want less of something, we are wanting less of that particular energy form. In other words it is the particular forms that energy takes that we wish to have materialized before us, or, that we wish to be removed from our presence. And it follows that anything that is presently within our sphere is there because we allowed that energy to be in our sphere. Anything that is not present has an energy form that has not been allowed. There is no other way.
Does energy take 'form'? Only to our perceptions. In reality, there are not solid 'forms' of matter, only our perceptions of relative relationships and hierarchies of information; in other words, matter is the appearance of information about energy. All energy is vibrating at one frequency or another. We determine what information is to appear by how we vibrate. Just as a tuned radio receiver determines what frequency will be received, when I set my vibrational tone, I am setting my dial for which frequency to receive. What I receive is that which has the same vibration. If I think 'lack', I am vibrating 'lack', and I get lack. If I think 'health', I am vibrating 'health', and I get health. There is no other way.
So how do we consciously determine what forms of energy will be allowed into our lives? We choose our vibration through our emotions. Do you know how it feels when you have been very angry? Do you know the feeling of deep love, admiration, appreciation? Those feelings are our dial settings, sending out frequency vibrations that determine the tune we will hear, the station we will receive, the form of energy that will come to us. There is no other way.
It is important to pay strict attention to what I am receiving if I am to know how I am vibrating. What I am receiving tells me how I am vibrating. How I am vibrating is a direct reflection of my emotional state, so another way to know how I am vibrating is to sense how I feel. It is that simple. I can assess my feelings about a particular subject and if I have set my tone accordingly, that is what I receive, what I will create in my life. Look for patterns, establish patterns. There is no other way.
Use Your Mind for a Change

You create your reality with the power of your own mind. Your current life is a reflection of what thoughts and feelings you have been entertaining. Hard to believe? Deny that you would wish for such situations to happen to you? Think that this sounds like "blaming the victim"? Read on.
In fact, this points to the might of mind that we each have within us. All successful people have achieved their success through the principles of mind power, whether they new it at the time or not. Success is a personal matter, with a unique definition and appearance for everyone.
So the FIRST STEP is to get crystal clear on what success means to you: what does it look like? What does it feel like? How will you dress, where will you live, what will you eat, where will you work, who will you spend time with?
The SECOND STEP is to get very, very familiar with all of the feelings that accompany that lifestyle. You must find as many ways as possible to carry that feeling with you throughout the day: in traffic, commuting on a bus or train, showering, eating, waiting for a webpage or search engine to load...any time your mind isn't otherwise occupied, and when it is, find a reason to feel good! That positive energy stream of feelings is your ticket to creating your desired goal. When you feel joy, you are sending a message to the Universal Order Processing Centre to ship your request Special Delivery.
The THIRD AND FINAL STEP is to be there for the delivery. If you order a pizza and give one address for delivery, but wait at another address, you'll be waiting a long time and will certainly go hungry! In the same way, if you put out a request but don't expect it to arrive, you are not in energetic alignment with what you have visualized. Programming the subconscious mind with images and feelings must be accompanied by the expectancy of its manifestation. You are sending a strong message to the Universe when your dominant state is one of delicious anticipation!

Think GRATITUDE. Think of all the things that are going right for you, from the very smallest (I am breathing unassisted!) to the grand (I have a roof over my head). Who can you thank for being there for you, helping you, making the world a better place? An extra statement of gratitude to the cashier at the grocery store, someone that lets you move forward in traffic ahead of themselves? Your spouse for doing the dishes?
Think APPRECIATION. Where can you recognize the hidden worth, benefits, and value of the everyday? To appreciate is to be sensitively aware of these aspects of our environments: people, systems, nature, opportunities, etc.
Think COMPLIMENTS. Who around you could use a compliment? Challenge yourself to find as many people and ways to compliment. Compliment smiles, shoes, twinkling eyes, laughter, voice....the list of possibilities is endless!
Think BLESSING. "Bless everyone and everything that represents what you want." This website will give you all the inspiration for this wonderful technique. Recognize the positive qualities in things around you. Example: "I bless the beauty of this garden." "Bless this cheese sandwich for its delicious flavour."
Think of CONTAGION. Think of how your joyful state will impact others and spread the joy! Think of a whole world of joyful conduits of Universal Energy! You can be the perpetrator of an endless chain of smiles and joy! Wouldn't you like to be responsible for starting an epidemic of bliss?
Think AFFIRMATION. Use specific statements that keep you focussed. Examples: "My energy is open and flowing in every area of my life." "Every day I am more and more focussed on joy."
Think PERFECT. This can be a real mind shift for many, to see that where you are today is perfect, because everything that has happened to you has contributed to you being who you are today. If you are reading this, it means that you are someone who recognizes that they are on a path of development and advancement. Perfectly onwards and upwards!
Think PERMISSION. Give yourself permission to be goofy! To walk with a swing in your step! To laugh heartily at the next joke you hear! To smile at strangers! To dance when you hear music!
Think INTENTION. Set your course each morning with a powerful intention. As Deepak Chopra said, "Intentions have infinite organizing power."
Think GIGGLES! Find a laughter club near you, or rent your favourite comedy and start laughing. The health benefits have been medically documented...and it feels good!
